WFE Terms and Conditions

• I understand that my place at the MIC Programme will only be confirmed once the WFE receives my deposit payment. If the full balance due is not received by the WFE before the due date the place will be lost.
• I agree that WFE shall have the right to cancel the programme in the case of an extreme and unforeseeable event. In the event of such cancellation, any programme fees paid will be refunded to me in full. I agree that WFE shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by me, my employer, or anyone else on my behalf, due to the cancellation.
• I agree that WFE shall have the right to change and amend the programme including changes to the speakers and teaching faculty as reasonably required and if this does not affect the services provided.
• In the case that I want to cancel my reservation for the programme I shall notify WFE by email ([email protected] ) without delay. I agree to my deposit and payment to be non-refundable and to return of any course material already provided to me, undamaged and at my own expense.
• I agree that if I fail to attend or complete the programme within the given deadlines, without following the cancellation procedure (see 4 above), no refund of the programme fee shall take place.
• I understand that online and livestreamed sessions are non-transferable. The same applies for classroom-based sessions.
• I agree that Bayes Business School and the WFE may retain the information supplied on this form on a database and use it solely for the purpose of the programme administration.
• I understand and accept that livestreamed webinars in which I am participating may be recorded by Bayes Business School. If a livestreamed webinar is recorded, this means that its audio or audio-visual parts will be stored on Bayes’s Virtual Learning Platform. They will be made available through the Virtual Learning Platform for access by those registered in the same programme solely for their personal, individual educational use, and by the Programme administrators for review. The recorded material will be removed from the platform following completion of the programme. I understand that no other recording or relaying of any of the sessions by the participants is permitted. I also understand that the sharing, altering, or distorting of any audio or audio-visual capture of any programme session is prohibited.
• I understand that, if for any reason I do not wish my image or voice to be recorded, I am requested to let WFE know by email to [email protected]
• I agree to keep confidential and secret any confidential information or data that may be shared with me as part of the Programme.
• I understand that the course fees do not include taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges of any nature, including value added tax, sales, use or withholding taxes, imposed or levied in any jurisdiction whatsoever that may be associated with the course fees. I agree to be responsible for paying all taxes that may be associated with the course fees.
